The Roquet Ranch master plan spans 336 hilltop acres overlooking Riverside, with just 115 acres designated for development to preserve the site’s natural character. Originally brought in to assess feasibility, TCA’s role expanded to define product types, design single-family layouts, and shape amenity areas, helping guide the project’s overall vision. A detailed master plan booklet was created to outline development standards and requirements for each parcel, ensuring clarity for stakeholders and investors.

As of 2024, the parcels have been released to market, marking a key milestone as the Roquet Ranch community begins to take shape in Riverside.
