This ground-up, infill development transforms a vacant downtown site into a vibrant mixed-use community with retail, advancing the City’s revitalization goals and strengthening the downtown core. To embrace the Northwest style, the structure has no stucco and is covered by siding resembling redwood, providing durability for the climate.
