Designed within the Hacienda Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) guidelines, The Galloway is a TCA High-DEF product located adjacent just south of the Pleasanton BART station in Pleasanton, CA. The Galloway provides 255 units and 5,700 square feet of retail in a three and four story building configuration. Live/work lofts, stoops and ground level patios will line the street side and activate the sidewalk. Networks of walkways and public sidewalks will connect to a large open space in the center of the site for community events. A public plaza located on the corner of the site, enhances the community by providing a safe and enjoyable space for pedestrians on their way to the BART station.
