A multifamily project with 650 units within a larger master plan that connects a Metrolink station and a Transit Oriented Development to the site. A combination of multiple types of rental product, townhomes, stacked flats, duet’s and live work create a unique community. The varied building types and broad palette of architectural styles, which include both contemporary and neo-traditional vernaculars, create distinctive street scenes seamlessly blending into The Resort master plan while feeling like a collection of smaller neighborhoods within the development. Parking is hidden from the main drives with architecture and differing products creating an intimate street scene. Pedestrian paseos create links to open spaces, pocket parks and the recreation area. The pedestrian links have been aligned with surrounding communities to connect a greater concept.
