Blu phase II is located in Laguna Niguel, approximately 7 miles from the ocean on a major thoroughfare near The Shops at Mission Viejo regional mall, Mission Viejo Hospital, Soka University of America and Saddleback College. For a City that hasn’t seen any new apartment construction in 22 years, TCA worked with The Picerne Group to establish relationships with the City of Laguna Niguel as well as adjacent land and building owners to collaborate on the development of the Blu Podium and Wrap projects, totaling 425 units.
