Tom Greer, AIA
Principal, Studio DirectorTom Greer is a Principal and Studio Director with over 40 years of architectural experience. Mr. Greer brings exceptional design, planning and organizational skills essential to managing complex and fast-paced projects across multiple creative and technical disciplines. He also has experience in client contact while serving as team leader for a series of multifamily projects ranging from large scale to compact urban in-fill sites including mixed-use, market rate, affordable and student housing. Mr. Greer is highly proficient in creating and monitoring financial projections, budgets and contracts, making him an exceptional team member.
Prior to TCA, Mr. Greer held the role of Studio Design Principal at AC Martin in Los Angeles, California where he managed the firm’s private sector design studio and served as the principal in charge on a wide variety of projects including: The K Residence Hall at Chapman University in Orange, California a 405-bed student housing project, Emerson in East Hollywood, California a 39-unit affordable housing project, and One Metro West in Costa Mesa, California a master planned 1,050-unit Multi Family community.
Mr. Greer graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science, Architecture degree. He is a licensed architect in the state of California.
