The Oslo in Overland Park offers a thoughtfully curated living experience that blends Scandinavian-inspired aesthetics with high-end convenience. Interiors are designed with a balance of warm and cool tones to create light, bright, and airy spaces, pairing simple geometries with select feature patterns and artwork that reflect both artistry and storytelling. Low-sheen finishes are complemented by deep, rich textures, while natural materials like wood highlight their inherent beauty and craftsmanship. Artisanal detailing, authentic greenery, and moments of high-contrast visual impact bring a maker’s spirit and sense of freshness throughout. The result is an elevated yet approachable aesthetic—warm, inviting, and aspirational without feeling out of reach.

Lumina Hollywood Interiors

TCA’s Interior Design Studio was tasked with the renovation of a residential high-rise in Los Angeles. Lumina is situated at the nexus of all that’s best in Hollywood and needed an interior refresh to embrace the creative spirit of the local community. The space has a strong contemporary industrial aesthetic, however, the interiors have not reached their full potential, often left feeling unfinished rather than achieving a polished level of industrial minimalism. TCA’s Interior Design studio provided two concepts: bright and fresh, and edgy and industrial. The designs transform dark interiors into bright, airy, open spaces with a luminous glow. Cheery hues of orange connect the contemporary architecture with interiors, introducing color and providing a modern mood. The existing industrial interior is celebrated with exposed elements incorporated in a beautiful way. The client selected pieces from both concepts to be incorporated into the final design. The renovated interiors see an introduction of texture, warmth and artistic interest to evoke the fresh energy of the LA lifestyle.

LAKEMONT ORCHARD

Nestled in between Cougar Mountain and Lake Sammamish, Lakemont Orchard represents a modern expression of a lakeside cabin. Inspired by its natural surroundings, Lakemont Orchard offers a warm, inviting environment for residents to call home. Light woods mixed with plaid textures and pops of color create a sense of peaceful charm.

Orchard Park Interiors

Orchard Park is a student housing project located at UC Davis. The interior design consisted of residential design including common areas, corridors and units. The scope also included two community buildings. This project was unique in that there are two separate housing components – graduate and family housing. This along with the architecture led to the evolution of two different concepts that would co-exist on the property. The graduate concept being “greenhouse vibes” – a fun and eclectic vibe, with medium wood tones, industrial metals, mix of indoor/outdoor furniture set against an A-frame backdrop. The family concept was coined “the treehouse” to playfully create an experience for adults and children. This concept had a strong wood component, highlighting shades of green, tree forms as inspiration and hammock details in the furniture. Overall the project design intent has a vernacular and indoor/outdoor feel to connect with its location. Also to be playful, modern and approachable for the residents to enjoy.

The Camden Interiors

The Camden is a 287-unit luxury apartment community located in Hollywood, California. Interior design was provided by New York-based Interior Designer Mark Zeff. TCA provided all Construction Documentation (CD’s) for all interior design; including leasing office, lobby, community amenity spaces and units.
